TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. DEFINITION Ibiza Villas is an autonomous agency; we work on behalf of the owner of the Villa. The contract is stipulated between the owner represented by Ibiza Villas and the tenant - You, our customer, when there is more than one of you, you are each responsible for all obligations for the properties in full.
II. BOOKING 50% of the full rental price must be paid when making your initial booking. The remaining 50% must be paid when you arrive. You will receive an Email or Fax confirming your booking. Other costs such as electricity, gas and water are included in the rental price (excluding long lets of two months or more)
III. TERM OF RENTAL ACCOMMODATION Your Villa will be accessible from 15:00 on the first day of you rental period until 10:00am on the last day. At the end of this period you are obliged to return us the keys of the Villa. If you lose any Keys you will be charged at £15 per key. Unless you have been authorised in writing by Ibiza Villas you must not exceed the stipulated number of people allowed in the Villa.
IV. CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR you must behave considerately to others, be aware that many of the Villas are located in residential areas. If you cause unreasonable annoyance, noise, damage, danger or crime, we have the right to evict you. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree not to do anything that may jeopardise any insurance cover on the Villa. No parties or functions such as weddings are allowed without prior written consent from Ibiza Villas. Any parties held without our consent may result in the loss of your security deposit.
V. CONCIERGE SERVICE While we, Ibiza Villas, will do our best to arrange all the suppliers for all the activities stated in our concierge service. We do not hold responsibility for these, as separate companies will provide them.
VI. CAUTION AND PERSONAL INJURY. Unless we, Ibiza Villas, are negligent, we do not hold responsibility for any personal injury to you. Many of the villas have dangers such as swimming pools; dry stonewalls and unfenced drops. Please be aware, take care and caution. Children must be supervised at all times.
