Ibiza Information from Ibiza Villas
.

The island of Ibiza is made up of five main regions; Ibiza Town; San Antonio; Santa Eulalia; San Jose and San Juan - Ibiza Villas has Villas in all these regions..

The Main Town is Ibiza Town and this region includes Playa D’en Bossa, Talamanca, Jesus, Figueretas, San Jordi and Salinas.
By day in Ibiza Town, you can discover the widest variety of shops and boutiques, tasty cafes and interesting walks in Ibiza Old town and up to the cathedral, where you will find some fantastic views out onto the sea.
By night Ibiza town is a vibrant and busy city with night market stalls selling original jewellery, street performers, international cuisine served in high-class restaurants, hundreds of busy bars and Pacha and El Divino two of the best clubs in Ibiza.

The beaches of Ibiza Town are Talamanca and Figueretas, and a few minutes further away you will find Playa D’en Bossa, which is also the location of the world famous club - Space, and the all day party beach bar - Bora Bora. Jesus is a small but popular area just next to Talamanca where there is also a small and beautiful cove S’Estanyol which is worth visiting. A little further south of the main town is a long stretch of white sand – one of the most popular beaches in Ibiza – Salinas. Ibiza town has some beautiful vistas – the Old Town when lit up in the night time is particularly stunning; the Salt Flats by Salinas, the countryside around Jesus and the views over Talamanca beach and onto the Old Town.

Ibiza Villas recommends the Ibiza town area to all types of holiday-makers, a Villa located here will definitely be close enough to the action but still a private tranquil haven of your own.

San Antonio is a popular tourist resort particularly for English tourists, and despite its bad press San Antonio is a beautiful town with a fantastic view of the sunset and some wonderful Restaurants and Bars. Sunset strip is a strip of bar/restaurants where people gather every evening to watch the sun set. The West end is a strip of lively, mostly English, bars right in the centre of the town.
The beaches of San Antonio are San Antonio Bay, Port Des Torrent, Cala Gracio and Cala Gracionetta. Many of the nicest beaches with crystal clear waters and deep white sand are located close to San Antonio, and a short drive will take you to Cala de Bou and Cala Conte.
Santa Ines, is an enchanting village located in the north a complete contrast to the San Antonio, this Village has hardly been touched by construction or tourism Ibiza Villas here in Santa Ines are really surrounded by the exquisiteness of mother nature and often have miles of private land. San Rafael is a popular village located right in the middle of the Island half way between Ibiza Town, San Antonio and Santa Eulalia. Ibiza Villas located here have the ease of being relatively close to everywhere in Ibiza.

Santa Eulalia is a busy and popular resort all year round. The town itself is relaxed and has unique shops and stalls, and mouth-watering restaurants. Take a walk up to the ‘Puig de Missa’ church which has a colourful history and looks down over the whole of the town.
Santa Eularia has its own sandy beach and promenade. Walks along the promenade from the marina, where all the yachts are moored right over the bridge on the other side to Siesta is very pleasant and beautiful when lit up in the night time. Siesta itself is a residential area with some bars and restaurants, Ibiza Villas in this area tend to be slightly cheaper, but the location is still very good.
Two other popular and mainly English resorts are located in the Santa Eularia region, these are Es Cana and Cala Llonga, these two resorts are both lively family resorts with large sandy beaches and entertainment for both kids and adults.
Just north of Santa Eularia is the village of San Carlos, this tranquil and pretty village plays host to some famous and typical bar/restaurants, the Hippy Market every Saturday and some wonderful Ibiza Villas, as well as being just moments from lots of different sandy beaches.
Located a little further north is a fantastically large sandy beach, Cala San Vicente, this beach is popular with Italians and people of all nationalities. The beach is popular in the daytime, but relatively quiet by night. The countryside around Cala San Vicente offers some beautiful views and magnificent Ibiza Villas.

Located to the south of Ibiza is the region of San Jose. The town itself is a calm and tranquil place. It is picturesque and offers all the essential banks and shops as well as some interesting gift shops, a handful of well-known stylish restaurants, and some delightful walks among nature. Ibiza Villas recommends San Jose as an ideal location, half way between San Antonio and Ibiza Town, just a 10 minute drive either way, you can have the best of both worlds a Villa situated in nature, a typical quaint Spanish village, and close to some of the nicest beaches in Ibiza. Some of these beaches are Cala Conte – arguably the nicest beach in Ibiza with crystal clear waters and deep white sand , Cala Tarida and Cala D’Hort – from which you have a fantastic view of Es Vedra – a tall magnificent rock surrounded by lots of different myths and legends. This is one of Ibiza’s prime Villa locations, sought after by Ibiza Veterans, Holiday makers and Celebrities alike.
Es Cubells and San Agustin are both small, quaint and very pretty villages included in the San Jose region, Ibiza Villas located in these regions are often hidden in the hills with fantastic views over the sea and valleys.
